How It Works
Phase 1
Environmental & Energy Consumption Awareness
Your staff is immersed in action oriented awareness building workshops that will provide a common understanding of improvement opportunities, tools for assessing current state and strategies for continual improvement. These workshops are each 4-hours in duration and scheduled on a weekly basis to allow for execution of activities. Workshops include the following:
Phase 2
Energy and Environmental Assessment
You will learn how to use Value Stream Mapping for the purpose of observing energy and environmental areas. Our experts will conclude this phase with the preparation of an easy to read, report that documents findings and provides recommendations.
Phase 3
Measuring, Monitoring and Sustaining
You will implement specific tools and establish systematic reporting structures to ensure an environmentally sound and energy efficient facility is maintained and continually improved.
Additionally as a member of our Lean & Green Initiative you will receive constant support, updates and benchmark data to ensure your efforts are ongoing and effective.
